Great company! Got a quote due to some hail/wind damage after a storm, plus our roof was 15 years old and needed to be inspected. Jerod came right out and got us a quote same day. He also recommended a shingle color change and we are very pleased with the darker roof. His crew completed approx 4200 sq foot of roof line in 3 days during the heat of July 2023. The guys took frequent breaks from the heat and we made sure they did. In addition, they removed some electric air vents we had and we went with ridge vents instead - this caused them to have to cover two holes before roofing over them. We also had some water damage on some of the roof deck and they replaced that area with new decking. If crew found a problem as they worked on roof, Jerod was out to see about and make recommendations as how to fix and explain to us. He handled all the insurance paperwork, all we had to do was initiate the claim. We highly recommend Jerod Niles Roofing!
